This is a model I built in 2002 of an American Peterbilt tractor and refrigerated box car It was built and designed using mainly contemporary French parts. I was inspired to build it after I visited the Peterbilt web site in 2002. The modern French sets have a nice range of small push on rubber wheels ideal for this type of model, these wheels are still included in sets in 2012. A little model like this can be equally as challenging as building something huge like a Hammerhead crane.
